You can pick up your order directly from our shop in Brussels. Please send us an email to specify that you want to pick up your order so we don't send it to you. We will reply to you to confirm when all goods are ready so you can pick them up:

We work together with BPOST to offer the best possible shipping service.
(Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, whereby this must be the home address of the Customer, a natural person of their choice or a legal entity )
We can send the article within 10 business days after the placed order . If you need a quicker delivery, please contact us.
We offer free shipping for orders over 100 euro.

Delivery rules and restrictions:
BPOST does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
If you are not at home, Bpost leaves a message so you can collect the parcel within 14 days at your local Post office or Pickup point (where the address is mentioned) . After that time, it will be send back to us.

If Conni Kaminski is responsible for transportation of the Product, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer once the parcel has been handed over to the transporter. Conni Kaminski cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to events outside of its control, force majeure or bpost strikes.
Return & Exchange Policy
You can return an item within 14 days. But we kindly ask you to send it back after 3 days as we are a small brand with very limited stock.
The clothes have to be returned in perfect conditions: With the original pricetag, unworn, unwashed, without stains, in the original packaging.
To send back the clothers,we add a return sticker inside your parcel which you have to stick on the parcel and bring it to the post office. The return costs are payed by the customer. The amount will be deducted from the refund.
Please add the delivery bon and fill in the form why you want to return the item.
Please note that the masks sold in our online store are personal and for obvious reasons of hygiene and health, can not be returned or exchanged.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different product or a different size or colour, you must first return the product which you original ordered and place a new order for the product you would like instead.
Once your return reaches us, and is in accordance with the conditions above, we will arrange for a refund within 30 calendar days. We reserve the right to only make a refund when the goods have reached us.
